Erics and Bills in Popular Culture

Is there a story or fable from popular culture that you feel illustrates the relationship between True Blood Eric and Bill? What is the moral of the story if you feel there is one?

Buffy loved Spike but didn't want to admit it...so much so that she forgave an almost-rape by him. Sound familiar??

Have had both "bad boy" & Good Guy:
Married, good guy~ but still yearn for the
"bad boy's I've known"

Now the guy I married to turned out to not
be the guy who I'd wanted kids with.

The guy that I wanted children with never got married:but that's a different story, and NO he's not
gay, he's straight.

Been w/the bad boy...it was exciting...breathing taking...and on pins and needles all the time..it was always sometimes disappointing....then the wanting some things to be different(have some good guy traits)....then wanting the bad boy to change completely to be boyfriend material...then the frustration...and finally just letting go....but it was a fun trip!!!...and a good learning experience in what you and do not want in a mate...

well let me see...any love triangle of any movie/story/soap opera ..Bill and Eric's character fit the mold...they're all the same...as a matter of fact the CW's Vampire Diaries has a triangle w/the "humane" vamp and the "vicious" vamp both wanting the human girl....and doesn't Twilight have a triangle?...bottom line triangles are boring!!! been done time and time again....even Dracula had a love triangle......

Loved Angel and Spike!!!

My pick: Blade and Decon Frost of the 1st Blade installment:

Blade good vampire hero but dangerous

Decon Frost - rebel vampire had his own empire was a sexy dangerous bad boy vampire.
