I love the night stalker. I love when the main character of a show drives the detectives and editors crazy. Darrin mcgavin is so charming and he is always dropping his camera or tape recorder at the most inopportune time- and the suspense kills me. Whether it is a vampire- model witches- Jack the Ripper- love- love -love that show.

Thanks for putting "The Night Stalker" on your list. Such a great, spooky and suspenseful movie!

A few years ago there were rumors of a remake of this wonderful movie. I heard Kevin Spacey might play Carl Kolchak and Tommy Lee Jones as Vicenzo.

I'm a big fan of the modern vampire so I have to say I love Clooney in Dusk til Dawn, plus his tattoo is very sexy!!

Thanks ! I knew I'd go, "Oh yeah !!!" when someone reminded me.
Not my all time fav and of course the vamps were very basic and backround only but a fun movie in an almost campy sort of way.

It starred one "of the Coreys from Lost Boys"
I was watching "vanHelsing" on Saturday afternoon,
I never really knew that Dracula and van helsing
are "joined in evil as van helsing is also a werewolf"

There are some really odd vampire movies I like... these are kind of unknown, but are still pretty good.

'Shadow of the Vampire' -- this is a weird twist, with John Malkovich as the director of the famous silent film 'Nosferatu' -- Willem Dafoe plays the so-called actor 'Max Shreck' who actually looks so perfectly like a vampire because he really IS one!

Then there's 'Vampire's Kiss' with Nick Cave as a man watching himself change, after being bitten by a vampire.

'Perfect Creature'-- this one happens in an alternate reality where vampires and humans have lived in harmony for centuries. Indeed, the very idea that a 'brother' (as vampires are called) might harm humans is bizarre & hard to believe... Cool film, kind of a of a "gaslight-steampunk" world with vampires as an odd mix of priests & mad-scientists.

'Fright Night'-- 1980's vampire film...yeahhhh.... and it's got Roddy McDowell as a washed up, has-been star of vampire movies.

Innocent Blood... great idea-- a mobster movie with vampires in it. Or is it a vampire movie with mobsters in it?

Dracula with Frank Langella is at the top of my list.

Van Helsing - Loved the vampire and his brides. Their offspring were pretty ugly with very short lives.

I have to many to name. I will say Dracula is at the top of my list. As well, as Interview with a Vampire.

Dracula: Gary Oldman as dracula was fantastic even though I had a crush on Keanu
The Blade Series
Queen of the Damned
What about the George Cloney/Quinten one ?
30 days of night
I am sure I am forgetting a few.
