I love his character and don't want to see him become freaked out all the time too. I hope Eric is able to get past it all and LaFayette go back to being his fun loving self. I hope that those are dreams he is having and that Eric is not really after him. Sookie is doing what he wanted and he tortured LaFayette enough.

I agree Mar - but I don't see that happening . . . AB has too much fun writing for him . . . and NE has too much to offer that character for it to be anything other than charismatic, interesting and fun!

I agree. And from the looks of things, it is not a dream - but Eric will give Laffy some of his blood to heal him in return for some type of partnership/professional relationship. But eventually, the relationship will grow over time - AS constantly says how loyal Eric is, and as long as Laffy is getting paid, he'll be loyal - but in Laffy's ever increasing "what's best for me" he will see that he will be safer, stronger and more profitable as a vampire - he won't ever want to be a victim like that again . . .

Right you are blover. Thank God for on-demand although I did keep my word and watched tonight's episode TOTALLY sober, but i'm confused anyway. WTF was that "thing" that attacked Sookie? How many strange beings are they going to have on this show anyhow? I haven't read any of the books so I have no idea what that thing could have been. Can anyone here clue me in?
