Ok, I am a 36 year old Mommy of 2 and I am irrevocably in love with the movie and Robert Pattison. Don't be ashamed, this is the place to come together and discuss the movie and the books! -- But dying in the place of someone I love seems like a good way to go.

Yeah i heard that but i dont remember that comic book character. I dont think we will see any of the tender moments from the book because they are pulling all the action ones. The director on eclipse is scaring me i watch 30 days of night and i am trying to keep an open mind.

It is not a stand alone movie because it reference the book a whole lot more than twilight did and it should be the vehice for the other two or three movies.

I just read that Taylor Lautner has been cast a lead role in an action call Max Steel(some kind of comic book character or something) It's made by the same studios that made Transformers.... On another note. I just watched New Moon again and realized something that is missing from it. Alice and Charlie's friendship IO always liked their interaction in the books...

I forgot to mention that I thought Taylor Lautner was awesome in New Moon and his chemistry with Bella was WAY better than Edward's. And I am sorry, but Bella and Edward's kisses? OMG....awkward. I was cringing. I thought that Jacob and Bella had a way better moment with their almost-kiss. I was holding my breath for that one. I wrote a long review of the movie if you want to check it out. http://amaliehoward.com/movie-review-the-twilight-saga-new-moon/

I think RP is pretty cute, but let's be realistic, a piece of wood can act better than he can. He's like Hayden Christensen (Anakin/Vader from Star Wars), nice to look but low on the Richter scale of acting. RP was not good even in Harry Potter as Cedric D. And he just didn't do it for me in the Twilight movies. My friend, Brad Blanks, interviewed him and he had a ton more personality there. I'm surprised it just doesn't translate into his acting as he seems like a stand up guy. Love the accent! Check out that interview here if you haven't seen it yet. http://amaliehoward.com/new-moon-interviews-robert-pattinson-kristen-stewart/

MAJOR BREAKING DAWN SPOILER. DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW. MAJOR, MAJOR SPOILERI must ask this. Am I the only one that thinks that Jacob's actions, with Renesmee, were absolutely wrong? He waaaaay overstepped his boundaries with the baby. He, practically, kidnapped her. Plus I did not feel comfortable with him imprinting on the baby. That was way to close to being a pedophile. It was all just very wrong.
