It's the end of an era. Pay tribute to the personalities, city and show that changed the way America views "The Game."

Stringer Bell Stringer Bell Stringer Bell. Lester and the Lieutenant are great. But I just couldn't take my eyes off Stringer. That guy could move, and he could talk, and he was damn tragic. I was crushed when he got killed in the third season. -- Edited by tierraincognita at 04/17/2008 11:37 PM PDT

Everyone keeps saying about how Marlo was so gangsta. He was the man no doubt. But his LOYAL right hand man, Chris put in all the work!! There have been alot of killings on The Wire. But who has more body's than Chris!? Omar did his thing, but he would rather rob you than kill you. Chris was all about homicides. Sounds crazy, but if you are going to do something, be the best at it!!! And Chris def was. When he got locked up who is he hanging with......Weebay!

I don't see why that one particular line is such a big deal.... I personally believe she said hair, but because of her slurrrred speech it is hard to tell what she is saying most of the time. I have just got my hair braided and have adopted the line myself, i ask people upon just seeing them "how mah hair look mane" LOL!!!!! - Hey did y'all hear that there is supposed to be a movie about her life coming out? that should be interesting huh?

thought this argument was done with. A wire viewer saw the episode in closed caption. This wire fan reported the word was "hair" not head. The trouble is you needed an interpreter to understand Snoop. I can't call it either way. Coulda been hair or head. I suppose you can leave it up to your own individual interpretation if you like.

Why would she say how my head look, she just had some new braids in......and she's a female. "How my head look mike?" LOL!!! thats funny. maybe we need to all go on youtube turn the volume up and listen very close......you just might hear the truth. "How my head look?"hahahahaha Yeah cause Snoop mos def was a lady right. Come on nothing in that show other than her wearing some tight girly pant on a bike to make a hit. She was a hit man and wanted to know how the target looked. -- "Sounds like one of those good problems"

"Can you tell me when they showed them?" the episode that was mentioned about dude schooling bubbles: http://www.hbo.com/thewire/episode/season4/episode49.shtml and yawl remember shadene was tired of the game when her homegirl got dumped off in a carpet. she got shook then, plus both freamon and kima said her eyes looked like she would be the one to get at... i think this show wouldn't be having no tricking come out on top just to give whoever some warm and cozies... remember when deangelo said to her in the bar when she wanted him to buy her a drink? "now, i ain't no trick!" and she said "and i ain't no ho neither!" that's some real GAME dialogue there... -- i am very upset that Mr. Omar Little was not limping when he walked in the store!!! why did it happen?

So has anyone heard about The Mayor, when running for his office, sniffing his nose and sweating like a pig. I often noticed that from the time he was first introduced, but when he was on the campaign trail it lessened drastically except for the profuse sweating. This issue of sniffing and wiping his nose was never addressed. Anything to it? Has Simon commented? Was it an arc that never manifested?

Thanks "Fabulicious" for the 411 on Lester & Shardene!!! I hear in the real world "Officer Walker and Cutty's Nurse" were recently wed. Was their relationship a result of their work on "The Wire?" If so, are there any other relationships that may have developed from this memorable TV Show? Kudos to David Simon, Ed Burns, George Pelaconas and all the fab writers who improved my self-proclaimed "ADD." Love You All!!
