I've been watching this show since the very beginning, got all four seasons on DVD as a matter of fact, so I guess I'm as versed in the subject of the Wire as anyone except the writers. There-in lies my question. With all of the bodies being dropped, Prop Joe, Butchie etc,. (not small time to say the least) How come there is no red flag. Omar's back and not one police officer has mentioned this new rash of murders?.................hmm. Bodies are dropping like flies, and Omar is on a rampage, and no one is putting this together. Kennard, well thats a twist..........but everyone could tell that little shit was nothing but trouble anyway. They are waiting for his little ass down at boys village.

Does anyone know where to watch 8,9 & 10 at???
I have heard that ::: (cant confirm obviously)
1.Snoop gets killed by Omar
2.Marlo gets arrested as does Vondas when Sydenour cracks the clock messages
3.Chris is charges with Michaels step daddy murder and confesses to the vacant murders. They got DNA from the beating death of bugs daddy. Remember, they didnt use lye on that one. (not LIME but lye)
4.Templeton gets fired for allegedly faking the entire serial killer story. Apparatley, Carcetti hold a candle light vigil for a victim and a social worker sees the picture. It all gets written off as a hoax and blamed on Tempelton.
5.Clay Davis gets tried by the FEDS for the charge that Bonds left out in exchange for co operation with the homeless murders.
6.Apparantley, McNulty does not die he just retires.
7.Like I said earier, Sydenour gets credit for the homesless cases and gets promoted
8.Cheez kills Omar not Kenard, apparantley, Kenards big score is telling chhez (Marlos crew) where Omar is.
9.Bubbles stays clean
10.Carcetti makes tha deal with the feds for Clay Davis, eventually, he ends up running for Governer in the last sequence of the show
11.Marlo ends up in Jessup and is greeted by Wee Bay, Sergei and Avon. You draw your own conclusions here as they dont explain if they kill him or if he lives in Jessup. i think it is meant to emply he ends up getting killed.
12.Bunk is the one who pins bugs daddy murder on Chris btw
13.The Greek apparantley escapes with the FBI agent who tipped him off in season 2
14.Namond and Colvin do make an appearance towards the end of the show. I have various conflicting reports on this. One says that it is for a funeral and another says it is not. I cant say for sure.
15. There is allagedly another Omar character in the show who robs a drug dealer with a shotgun. This is a character from the show but is not easily recognizable.
16.Slim Charles kills Cheez and thus Barksdale crew ends up with the game again.
Now, I cant confirm ANY of this. These are just things I have heard from VARIOUS sources. I have not seen episodes 8,9 & 10.
But, apparantley Kenard DOES NOT KILL OMAR. CHEEZ DOES

After watching the trailer for season 5 I really started to think... Looks like marlo talks about protecting his name and going to the corners to fight omar. Omar did look like he was ready for war in that leaked part. Though he always does, but I think it could make some sense. As in he is on the way to fight Omar, or set him up, when Omar is killed by a kid making marlo look weak. Later on the trailer you see a car crashing on the docks, and the FBI/DEA raiding someones place. I cant WAIT someone get me episode 8 PLEASE

yeah i read that summary too.. i think omar really does get killed but he's had it a long time coming.. it's not like this is the first time a favorite character has died.. william wallce in braveheart.. neo in the matrix.. it just happens.. i mean would the show be any good if people didn't get so upset when their favorite character died.. makes it more original and believable if you ask me

namond & bunny are coming back for a quick cameo in episode 9. they show up at some school meeting. that's it. namond doesn't die, lol. he's the only kid with a happy ending!
duke does become a crack head. can't fight. can't shoot. no parents. no education. no direction. entire family is crack fiends. it's in his blood. he's the next bubbles.

i want to know where this whole thing about namond getting killed by mike came from? that just doesn't make any sense at all. it actually sounds just plain retarded. if omar really does get killed then thats just how it has to be i guess. they're trying to make the show as gritty as real life and stick up boys that rob drug dealers don't ever make a run near as long as omar did. i like omar but he actually has it coming if you think about it. he got all his people killed in every season so in a way he deserves to get his. dukie becoming a crack head sounds stupid too. he's the most level headed of all his friends. anyway if anyone has a link on 8-10 post it. surfthechannel only has through 7.

And, Prop Joe was way to smart to not see marlo comin at him. I really think hes setting him up to take a fall somehow. Possibly with the money laundrying, or with the greeks. If not, his death just makes me mad.
Also, Marlo doesnt die, least not like that. Thats an alternative ending TRUST ME. So lets just drop that until we have proof, and focus on getting some more episodes

omar limp is pretty bad and he walked into that grocery store limp free. omar does have his brown trench back though. so its 50/50

yeah,it would suck if Omar die like that,but at the same time,this it's one of the reason why THE WIRE it's great 'cause "doesn't follow the script"what i mean by that it'snot all the popular or "good"people stays alive if we would know what's gonna happen then we wouldn't consider this one of the best shows ever......
