I need a poll...i'm thinking about giving a season of the The Wire DVD as a Christmas gift. Which season would u think was the best??

Season 4 was the best, seeing how the kids grow up and the 4 main kids each had a different personalty, a snitch, a gangster, a future drug addict and a wannabee gangster. Plus snoop kicks ass in that season
But for a gift go with number 1 since no season isnt worth watch better start with the begining

I think if you're going to give someone a gift, it's probably best to start at the beginning with Season 1. I'd say Seasons 1 and 3 were most entertaining. I think Season 2 was most critical to advancing the story, although many found it to be less entertaining.

THIS IS MY ORDER:
1) SEASON 4. EVERY EPISODE IN SEASON 4 WAS HOT. I LOVE HOW THEY SHOWED THE KIDS GROW UP IN BALTIMORE. IT WAS ALSO THE MOST UPSETTING FOR THE SAME REASON.
2) SEASON 3. I LOVE THE OPEN AIR DRUG TRADE. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA, UNTIL THEY SHOWED BUBS WALKING IN HAMSTERDAM AT NIGHT & THAT SHOWED ME MAYBE WE NEED LAWS TO PREVENT STUFF LIKE THAT.
3) SEASON 1. I LOVED THE FACT THAT THEY SHOWED ME THAT BALTIMORE WAS CRAZY. I'M FROM NEW YORK & NEVER KNEW B MORE WAS LIKE THAT. ACTUALLY SEASON 1 SHOULD BE TIED FOR NUMBER 2, BECAUSE IT'S THE ORIGINAL. NUFF SAID.
4) SEASON 5. I LOVED THAT THEY WRAPPED EVERYTHING UP IN IT. PLUS THEY SHOWED ME NOT TO BELIEVE EVERYTHING IN THE PAPER. I WILL NEVER LOOK AT A ANONYMOUS SOURCE THE SAME AGAIN.
5) SEASON 2. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WEAKEST, BUT STILL GOOD. I LIKE HOW IT SHOW THAT WHITE PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF PROBLEMS IN BALTIMORE.
PLEASE BRING IT BACK FOR ONE MORE SEASON. OR AT LEAST A MOVIE.

a season? would you give someone the middle chapters of a book? you can get all 5 seasons in a boxed set now. btw S4 was the best
