in the wire season 2 where they had the white guys slangn wearing the wave cap was that billytown or south bmore? cause i couldnt picture that in east or west .

whats billytown??? new pigtown?
I think that was a little bit of Locust Pt and a little of Highlandtown before gentrification, Eastern Ave down to Boston St before Ray Lewis barbecue hit the scene
