-North Carolina
-Fayetteville is about 65 miles(a little more than an hour) from -Raleigh, NC
-Well, I had been hearing about The Wire for awhile so I just decided to check it out at the beginning of season 4.

I live in central NJ, closest big city is NYC. Been a fan from the first episode. "The Wire" is the only show where I watch each episode at least twice; there are so many little things in each episode that I can't get from watching just once. I will really be sorry to see the series end.

Became a wire fan before the show ever aired. Hbo was talking about an up and coming show tape B-more about the city and when I saw who was in it I was already hook.

Moved to Indianapolis this year
I watch at least the first 2 or 3 episodes of every HBO show.
The Wire is the greatest one. I liked OZ and CYE. Sopranos was just ok to me, but the wire is that fire. im copyrighting that.

nyc all day. I was hooked right after the corner ended. i was like damn that was a good show we more shows like that. they showed the trailer for the wire and i was hooked ever since. they took a long break to premiere season 2 i thought it went off.

Dallas, Texas. pop.: 5 mill. (don't know if that's "big" or "small" to some of you since a lot of you are from big East and West cities.)
I luv The Wire. It reminds me of the public housing situation that I dealt with in the early 90's; grimy and gangsta. One thing is for sure though: the best criminal enterprise is an ORGANIZED one lol.

New York City.
Started watching during Season 2 - the port season. It took me about 2 episodes to realize it was the best damn show I'd ever seen. Joined Netflix to catch up on what I'd missed . . . . the rest is history!

Hi folks! I'm just gonna jump in here and say hi. I'm from PA and discovered The Wire from ads on HBO and decided to check it out and well, it doesn't take much for me to get hooked on intriguing programs. LOL
