I Realized while watching the wire that Freeman and McNulty's original illegal wiretap was for the payphone, (the judge was against the tap on the journalist phone). So how did everyone overlook that they were getting picture messages from the payphone? Everyone seems to accept that the payphone has now turned into a cell without any problems, i mean they traced it to the docks obviously this is the most mobile payphone out there. It was even mentioned in the meeting with the Sun after the picture was sent, yet it was not resolved. Did i miss something or what?
