I just finished watching the very last episode. I watched the first 2 seasons in about a week, took a few weeks off watched 3-4. Took a few weeks off and polished off season 5 in a few days. Want to say this question might be considered a spoiler so if you haven't seen it don't read it. With that said Over the last couple of minutes to me they came full circle showing some characters as very similar new version of old ones (if that makes sense). And during those minutes it shows Kima & Bunk at the scene of a homicide. The boy laying there dead reminded me of Namond, with the long hair and how in a few episodes throughout the show they had scenes talking about it. I re-watched the scene and even paused it but I can't tell if it's just my mind playing tricks on me or not. amazing show. I don't own a television and rarely pay attention to it when I'm at a friends house and it's on. But I watched about a seasons a week, if not more.

Spoiler alert: If you have not seen the final season and do not want information about it read no further. >The boy laying there dead reminded me of > Namond, with the long hair and how in a few episodes > throughout the show they had scenes talking about it. > I re-watched the scene and even paused it but I can't > tell if it's just my mind playing tricks on me or > not. quebert: The boy you see is not Namond. Namond makes it through to the final episode living with Bunny Colvin and his wife.
