After they firebombed Randy's house in Season 4 I think they show the status board in the hospital that Miss Anna had 3rd degree burns. Did she die or did she recover and give Randy up ?

maybe miss anna called jimmy, mc flurry, and he strangled her and made her look like a homeless person, but because this season was only going to be 10 episodes long, those scenes ended up on the cutting room floor

Or she could have said to hell with it and let Randy go. If she were alive, I could concieve her being bitter and thinking she had paid enough of a price for performing what was supposed to be a noble act.

Even if Miss Anna didn't die, with her injuries, she probably wouldn't be able to take care of Randy or the state probably wouldn't allow her to.
However, I don't see Miss Anna letting go of Randy or not trying to get someone to help him knowing the situation and the threat he was under.
It just seemed like her character was an all or nothing person.

I think the assumption is that she died, we see Randy in a Home in season 5, so she's clearly not looking after him

I wondered about that too, G. Seeing the web site announcement was a bit of a shock.
Perhaps they assumed that we would know she died from the way Randy was being shuffled off to a group home. Having just rewatched a great ep like S1/E11 I'm willing to cut them some slack on this one.

i was wondering if he made a cameo in Season 5 like they did with Monel. One of the boys that got busy in the bathroom while Randy stood lookout. He's in episode 1 Season 5 the one the po-po's bough McDonalds for and then told his boy he rolled on him

It is ironic that in season 1 Bunk fucked Miss Anna & burned his clothes in her tub. Then in season 4 she dies in a house fire. Dayum!!

Simon would probably say the real piece that mattered was that Randy stayed in the foster home, the end result for Miss Anna does not serve story, but feel free to imagine any outcome for her that you may wish, just not a happy one for the housers of snitchers in Baltimore

I had a similar question earlier and someone told me that Randy's biography, on this board (cast and crew section), stated that Ms. Anna died.
I don't remember this being addressed on the show, though.
