This week I just rewatched the whole series up to ep 9 of S4 (I got nothin better to do gimme a break its cold outside) and theres something I just caught I don't know if it was mentioned here before.
The white girl who was in the talkin thing with bubs shows up in season 4 episode 8 (corner boys) in Andre's store buying a pack of Kool's for her the dude she was trickin for. Its right after the scene with mike and bug (my daddy came home).
Just thought it was a nice catch, and it just shows how the wire weaves everything in so beautifully.

I really enjoyed Dee Dee's storyline. It was played out subtly in the background but the continuity was amazing. We saw her gradual descent into a hardcore junkie and then her recovery.

The Wire did that wonderfully, and believe me when I say I am missing quality TV right now. Other than John Adams, I'm paying HBO for what right now?
Okay, so Blades of Glory was pretty funny in spots, but I digress.

she also was in S3, she shows up in hampsterdam, driving a bmw, looking to cop, she is the daughter of writer richard price, the characters name is dee dee
